Terms and Conditions 

Course validity

All our courses are valid for one year, from the date of batch starting. This is applicable for both our online and classroom courses. Post the expiry of this validity, you can write to us and the course access can be extended for upto 6months. Do note that the validity is such becaue in this fast-changing analytics industry, our courses are constantly upgraded and hence a longer validity might not be helpful for the student.


Payments Of Fees

  • Payment must be received and cleared prior to attending the course.
  • A late fine of Rupees Two Hundred per Day on the amount will be levied as a late fee.
  • Cheque Bounces are a criminal offense. The organization views cheque bounces with serious contempt. A fine of two thousand rupees would be charged for all cheques returned/ not honored.
  • Once registered a student is obliged to pay the entire course fee for which he/she is enrolled.
  • The company has the legal right to pursue any incomplete payment. Any payments once made will not be refunded or adjusted against any other students payments due to the organization.
  • Students not completing payments as per the dates committed will not be allowed to attend classes.
  • Students leaving the course midway and not completing the full payment of the course fee agree to face legal action.
  • All courses and certification need to be completed within 1 year from the date of registration.
  • For Classroom courses
    1. Registration amount is required to be paid to secure a seat for a batch about to start. Without the receipt of this amount, we will not be blocking any seat for you or enrolling you into our batches.
    2. Incase opting for installment options, our finance partners Neev and Propelld will require certain documentation for the processing of a loan of at an interest of 6.5% for 5 months.
  • For Online Courses
    1. It is mandatory to clear the full fee to get access to our study materials and class recordings. No part payments will be accepted for these courses.

Batch Change Requests

  • No batch change request will be accepted unless payment is completed for the initially registered course.
  • Batch change can be changed in case of only genuine problems backed up with proper documentation as proof.
  • Any batch change requests received 7 days prior to commencement of the batch will be acceptable.
  • For any batch change requests, post the commencement of classes, charges will be applicable as per follows.
    • First-time batch change – admin fees of INR 5000
    • Second-time batch change – admin fees of INR 7500
    • Any further batch changes – admin fees of INR 10000
  • Do note that for batch change, students can only get access from atleast post Class 2. OrangeTree Global holds the final say in terms of classroom seat allocation or providing access post certain initial classes in case of batch change for any course. This will be based on the seat availability within the new batch.
  • Incase the student wishes to join from Class 1 itself, the fees for the old students will be 50% of the total fees for the particular course.
  • A total of 5 old students can be accommodated into any new batch.

Course Change Requests

  • No course change request will be possible unless payment is completed for the initially registered course
  • OrangeTree Global counselors advise you towards a course that is best suited for your profile. You are also advised to make an informed decision before you opt and register for a course. However, once registered, incase you wish to change your course, the same has to be done within 2 days from the time of registration.
  • A course once registered for cannot be downgraded at any point in time.
  • Once registered for a classroom course, students can change the mode to an online mode. However, no refunds will be applicable in this case.
  • Courses cannot be downgraded at any point in time.
  • In case you wish to move from online mode to live class mode, the same can be done by making the payment of fee difference between the two modes.

Jobs and Placements

OrangeTree Global does not guarantee any kind of job with the program. We will endeavor to help and provide assistance to students in this regard.

  • Such assistance is only in the form of Job Updates on our Facebook page and Resume Architecture Sessions which are to be scheduled for the candidate within the duration of the program.
  • In case suitable vacancies are present with our placement partners candidates would be shortlisted and informed.
  • Students who are seeking placement assistance must clear the OrangeTree Global BIBA Certification Exam.
  • No student will be certified unless they pass the BIBA exam. A student must score fifty percent across all modules to be eligible for the BIBA Certification.
  • A student can appear for the BIBA exam a maximum of 3 times.
  • The exam fee for the 1st attempt has been included in the course fee.
  • For subsequent attempts, students have to register for the exam with a fee of Rs5000.

Makeup Classes

  • Makeup classes may be given to a student only on weekdays at our discretion.
  • Makeup classes will not be conducted on weekends.
  • A student can avail a maximum of 2 makeup classes in a month and a total of 5 make-up classes during the entire program.
  • While every effort will be made by the organization to ensure a student covers classes he/she has missed, please note OrangeTree Global is not under any obligation to give any makeup classes.
  • Only requests from students who have sent in a mail request 24 Hours prior to missing the class will be entertained. No makeup classes will be given post the last date of the program.
  • Makeup sessions cannot be given to students missing over 6 consecutive classes. Such students may request for a batch transfer. (Please see our batch transfer guidelines above)
  • Makeup classes will not be given to students who have transferred batches.
  • In case you have opted for and discounted or free sessions Make-Up Sessions will not be granted.

Refund/Transfer of Registration and Course Fees

  • We have a zero refund policy.
  • Registration amount/course fee is non-transferable.
  • Batch downgrades are not permitted and refunds concerning the same are not provided.

Batch Transfers and Training

We always endeavor to accommodate our student requests; most of our courses have limited numbers of seats to maximize the interactivity between students and consultants. Cancellations or transfers at short notice cause inconvenience and may jeopardize the commercial viability of a course and may not be entertained. Students missing lectures or arriving late do so at the risk of not completing vital portions of the course material.

  • Upgrades to future courses will be made at the rate applicable at the time of upgrade.
  • Course downgrade will not be entertained.
  • OrangeTree Global reserves the right to shift an enrolled student from an ongoing batch to another batch.
  • Requests for specific consultants will not be entertained.
  • Requests for batch transfers will not be entertained and if permitted would be chargeable at Rupees Five Thousand.
  • Students enrolled in Classroom Sessions may shift to online in a different city through payment of Rupees Ten Thousand Only.
  • Batch downgrades are not permitted and refunds concerning the same are not provided.


  • The BIBA Certification must be given within 3 months or 90 days of completion of the course.
  • Within this period it is complimentary.
  • A fee of Rupees Five Thousand will be charged for any requests post 90 days.

The TCSiON Procert Certificate Exam is not included in any course and must be given externally. Payment is to be made to TCS through their website.

Property and Infrastructure

The use of Pen Drives is strictly prohibited. The organization will not be liable for any kind of loss in data. We do not provide any software. Students will be liable to compensate for any loss or damage to institute property such as Laptops, Desktops, CPUs, Chairs, Tables, and desks, etc.
